TechRez is a tool to create resumes containing User Content that can be viewed by those who have been provided explicit access, either through the user account ("User Account") with which the User Content was created, or by consent of the user of the User Account.
Personal Information and User Content may be disclosed if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to detect and prevent fraud or security issues; or to protect the safety, rights, or property of the public.
Personal Information and User Content may be transferred in the result of an acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, dissolution, reorganization, or similar transaction.
Personal Information and User Content may be provided to a third-party after obtaining explicit permission from the User of which the scope of Personal Information and User Content shared to the third-party shall be stated and the third-party receiving such information shall be stated to the User prior to TechRez accepting permission from the User and sharing such information to the specified third-party. The scope of Personal Information and User Content shared to the third-party shall not be expanded without re-obtaining explicit permission from the User for the newly expanded scope. The Personal Information and User Content shared to a third-party after obtaining explicit permission from the User shall not be provided to a different third-party without re-obtaining explicit permission from the User for the new third-party.
